Sweet and White Potato

1 1/2 lb
sweet potatoes, cut into spears
1 1/2 lb baking potatoes, cut into spears
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Pre heat the oven to 375 deg F.
Toss the potato spears with the dressing in a large bowl
until evenly coated.
Place the potato spears on a lightly grease baking sheet
or ina 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake for 30 min.
Turn the potato spears and bake an additional 30 min.
Sprinkling with the cheese during the last 5 min of
baking.
Sprinkle with the garlic powder and parsley.
